Ms. Adams is just great! She's very professional, really cares about her clients and does her best to give the best service possible.

I really wanted to work with Adams on some estate planning issues given that they are local, and appear to be minority/female owned and operated. However, when I called to set up an appointment and get a better sense of their estate planning services my confidence fell through the floor.

Their number leads to an answering service that ultimately sells you an appointment with the firm. I was basically asked my name, address, phone number, and then the representative read from a script about their estate planning service and asked for my credit card number so she could set up a consultation with an Adams Attorney.

Really? The services might be great, but your process did not inspire confidence, came off as 'tone deaf', 'cookie cutter', and the exact opposite of 'client-driven'. There was nothing about the Adams process for on-boarding a potential client that made me want to entrust the surety of my estate to Adams.

a credit repair company wasn't enough. Suren provided a sensible though tough approach to seek a chapter 13 bankruptcy . well I made it through the 5 years and am now discharged. I had to add a few creditors outside of the original contract, no problem! so It was a great decision to seek and get her help and counsel.
