Meeting with Oberg at first he seemed fine. When I told him next day after sending quote I said I needed an hour or so to figure few things out. Emailed me back immediately and said could do case and deal.with flip flopping. Just needed little time before and I gave him thousands.of dollars. Horrible experience.

Though not new to buying a home, my husband and I were new to buying one without a realtor. We were anxious about the process until we spoke with Lee Ann Adams, Esquire at Council Baradel. Lee Ann returned our call immediately and during that first conversation quickly allayed all of our fears regarding purchasing a home without an agent. She went on to outline the process and highlighted how she and Council Baradel, along with their Title Company, would help us with each step leading up to and through settlement. She was clear with what information she would need from us/the seller in order to draw up the contract. As she waited for us to gather the information, she provided us with questions to ask our Lender, and insights into the MD transfer and recordation fees, which we were unaware of, in an effort to make sure we were well positioned and there were no surprises for either party come closing.
