They seem understaffed. For walk-ins, they apparently can only see a few people once a week. For appointments there is a 30-60 minute window each WEEK, so you need to remember to call in at the right time to be one of the lucky few to score one. It took me trying for over a month to be seen.
Once I was seen, the Advocate was helpful and offered to give me feedback on a letter I was drafting, and she offered a perspective that was useful.
Their front desk clerk is very good; I have been in before for a POA, and they were able to take care of it as a walk-in.
