Nick represented me in a very contentious divorce (i.e., multiple hearings, settlement negotiations, and ultimately a trial) that concluded recently. He never promised me a "guarantee" as is common with other attorneys. Rather, he meticulously explained the law, the pitfalls of various options, and by working together he was able to successfully litigate an outcome that was far better than what had been offered in prior settlement agreements. His staff is amazing and always quick to help. I would gladly recommend Nick to anyone who is faced with the complicated issues that arise from a divorce.

During a very difficult and tumultuous time in my life Mr. Exarhakis was the divorce attorney I needed. I was so unsure of what to do and how to go about getting the right child support and divorce agreement that would best serve me and my children. Absolute scam artist.
After a $1500 retainer at $350/hr, this attorney reviewed one document and drafted a separation agreement equivalent to what I later found for FREE on Legal Zoom. Add three short emails and one phone call, attorney claims this exhausted my retainer?

That’s 4.29 hours of work. If Mr. Exharkis read and typed this slow, then he’d still be in law school at his age.

Now that I’ve asked for itemization of their work, they send me a check. Itemization is completely innacurriate and so I will continue to hold this “law firm’s” feet to the fire.

Do not trust. Dishonest. Barely responsive, and most likely won’t be around much longer. Be careful!

I was very nervous about having to retain a lawyer while living in another state for my child support modification. Fortunately, Nick and his staff made sure I knew what to do, when to do it and where to be throughout the whole process. They made a difficult process much easier especially considering that I live out of state. I cannot recommend him enough and if I ever have any future issues I know who I will call. Thanks again!

Over charges and does not do complete and thorough work! Keep an eye on your billing statements. I had to call his secretary and found out that he owed me money, but once I bought that to attention, they nickel and dimed the billing statements and resent new ones to where they used all the money. Do not trust AT ALL! Do not use for family law cases!

Keep a close eye on your billing statements (if you actually receive one before your retainer is depleted)!

I would love to update this to a 4/5 star review, but was, unfortunately taken advantage of by this office. They ask for a retainer, then fee after fee, followed by a completely separate retainer. I gave them everything I had to help me keep rights to see my son. They took everything I had, brought me half way, then demanded more than double the initial amount I paid. Were I a woman, I highly doubt they would have exploited me for the amount they did. Unless you have a ton of money, beware.

Very helpful. Always available. Quick response to questions and very understanding and efficient. Needing a lawyer isn't a particularly great experience, but having a really good one made a bad situation as good as it could be. He inspired my confidence and we managed to get through the whole process with ease. I highly recommend Mr Exarhakis and his team.

Finding a divorce lawyer you trust these days is a difficult task. You are placing the future of your family in this person's hands. The value of trust is far beyond anything that can be measured. Nick was truthful and frank from our very first meeting. No candy coating or empty promises. I knew he had my families best interest at heart. He understands the law and can use it on demand. One time in court Nick was given only two hours to go the the law library to defend a motion filed by the opposing side. He quickly found what we needed and the motion was denied. He sure surprised the opposing attorney who thought he had it in the bag. The law can be confusing. Family law should protect just that, the family. Nick made sure mine was protected.
