I saw their website advertising free consultation. So I called the number to make an appointment. The female who answered the phone was rude, unwelcoming and arrogant. She demanded citation to be emailed to her. I said can I have a time for consultation and I will bring all the paperwork. she then started yelling on phone and said, NO YOU CANT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, the attorney needs to see your citation so he can give you a price ahead of time. either email me or come to the office to drop it off so he can see it (without me being able to see him). What? why is free consultation advertised? why is she yelling at customers? Why is she stopping people to even make an appointment? I dont know if this is encouraged by the attorney or she has attitude of her own. She needs some help from a psychologist.

Todd Mohink is an awesome lawyer. I called him literally the day before my court date and he still accepted me as a client. Since I was so last minute on getting a lawyer I didn’t know what to expect. My minor marijuana charge quickly had spiraled into multiple more serious charges in federal court in a military basis, further complicated by political chaos and an open bias against gays in military law. I just wasted 15 minutes talking to the receptionist who is very snippy and rude. Told her what it is that I needed representation for and then she kept putting me on hold through the course of us talking. And after all of that gives me this ridiculous price for "maybe" something that can't even be guaranteed. And then on top wants to charge for service to defend in court. Sounds like a complete rip off ! Then when I tell her no thank you, she just hangs up the phone. Didn't even say goodbye. You might want to get a new person to answer the phones if you're trying to obtain new clients because the one you have sucks! Today was my second time with Todd representing me. I am not a perfect person by far and Threw my many years of growing up i I have paid tens of thousands of dollars for other lawyers other then Todd until I found him. I have used him on a hand full of cases and the outcome has always been better then I expect and never been let down from family court, to criminal court on multiple different charges it is sad to say. but he has always done rite by me and i can not thank him enough he works with me the best he can people do not like to pay the money to lawyers in general. Its not worth the money to have a public pretender that is pretty much paid by the same people trying to prosecute u or eat lunch together or shop around for prices. like everything u get what u pay for and I tryed every angle who wants to pay for something they don't have too surely not me but since I meant Todd years ago he has went above and beyond on mutiable occasions.
