I am a creditor in a bankruptcy case of which my general attorney decided that Mr Aiani might be a good choice to assist us. I attempted to contact Mr Aiani to discuss a few questions about my case after receiving his retainer agreement. Since Mr Aiani's hourly rate was $380 per hour and I had not spoke with Mr Aiani before, I attempted to call his office to ask a few questions. Unfortunately his receptionist was very rude insisting that $1500 cash needed to be paid before my questions could be answered. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and spoke at me and over me repeatedly during our brief phone call. When I requested their email address and fax number, the receptionist hesitated multiple times. She insisted I would either need to pay for a consultation, deliver the retainer payment with a payment, and schedule an appointment to meet at their office to discuss. Considering my general attorney had already spoke about my case with Mr Aiani, and I was about to submit the retainer agreement, I didn't understand the need. I don't live in the area and explained all of this to the receptionist. Additionally, the retainer agreement didn't include billing increments, which is usually standard in retainer agreements. Billing increments at such an excessive rate could add up quickly.
Ultimately Mr Aiani contacted my general attorney indicating he didn't want to work with me. I am fortunate this happened because I found a better, professional, and more affordable attorney who is a partner in a firm listed as one of the top attorneys in the metro area. I would not recommend Mr Aiani to anyone. Particularly if you want someone who cares about their clients and displays that in their customer service before, during and after the case is completed.

Mr. AianI and his office staff (especially Lynn) professionalism and knowledge made me feel at ease the first time I met with them. They explained the process in great detail and made it simple and easy to understand. I am very grateful to them for their help and highly recommend them to anyone seeking relief from financial distress.
