Not bad to deal with. It is tough to get a letter of final payment but generally friendly and helpful.

Richard Murray is one of the worst customer service personelle I have had the displeasure of speaking too. He is argumentative, often gaslights during his conversation, insulted my lifestyle, insulted my personal financial situation, and hung up on me multiple times during the fiasco that he calls his workday. I truly hope that no one else on earth ever has to speak to this ape.

their md office is HORRIBLE—specifically, r. murray. he’s extremely rude and unprofessional. also it doesn’t seem like they are insterested in supplying receipts (or statements of pay). they offered a settlement only to take it back because of personal feelings instead of business. they also will try and change he amount you owe. watch these people carefully... YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

I have a judgement against me and Silverman is representing the plaintiff, however I have continually called Silverman to try and create payment plan and offered several settlements. Now since the judge ruled that they get interest, it at least seems to me like that are just sitting back and letting the interest grow even though the past two years I have been trying to get this settled.

They also play games where they pass the case to a different attorney in there firm, so as of right now I have talked to each attorney and it seems like its going back in the loop again.

Worst law firm we have ever dealt with. Unresponsive to even the simplest and smallest customer service request. This firm is the epitome of stereotypical greedy dishonest corruption. It took over two years of constantly calling and multiple letters to get a simple financial statement.

This is one of the most disorganized companies, that I would be ashamed to have represent me as a business. The turn over rate was horrible, I dealt with 4 different reps, and ended up going to court and settling with a payment. But that has taken me another 4 months get a arrangement in writing. I am not sure what shrewd I had spoke with, but the arrogance was just radiating thru the phone. What a way to represent, I mean, I know your a lawyer, but do you really have to be rude to people when they have a right go have things in writing when they are doing right for there wrongs. Horrible customer service, horrible personalities, and absolutely the worst at following up.

Don't take a collection job at location , Robin will not train she will just make sure she work hard to get you let go from the job

I will not rate this company, since I had to click on at least 1 star today was my first encounter with Robin Helm (Post Judgement Supervisor/Paper Pusher) Who lied and said she was a Paralegal, the fact she lied about her position said a lot about the individual and her level of integrity. To know that my son has to do business with someone like this is a problem for me. I asked her a few questions pertaining to the company and she had gotten frustrated and hung up and asked me not to call back that she is going to start processing my son's paperwork. She was nasty, rude and very unprofessional. some of us should not be working in a customer service environment. Robin Helm my apologies that you have to get up and work hard for someone else and harass others for 8 hours to pay a past due bill that has to be a little stressful not to mention annoying. I will give you a pass for hanging up.

This place is a scam think twice before take a job with this place

Just as a word of advice if you have never been through this situation before let me give you a little insight. If you make an initial down payment and the clerk informs you that they are writing something up that the attorneys have to review and they will send you an email. Don't listen to that because clearly I misinterpreted what was said. You will not receive anything in writting from this law firm. Not even a receipt or a receipt booklet. They dont even send you how much is left to pay off the debt! Just a word of advice UPDATED REVIEW: I assumed that Ive paid in full because there were no more phone calls or receipts only to find out that I still had a debt to pay. I received a letter to appear in court which i wouldve done, if the law firm didnt call me to work out an arrangement. I travel to the office on Monday to sign the paperwork and stop the judgement. Only to receive a call on Wed from another worker in the law firm saying that I failed to appear in court. After speaking with the attorney, he stated that i didnt have anything to worry about. This office lacks communication. Im glad that im almost paying my debt!! That Richard Murray, is laughable. I was furloughed and Im a contractor therefore if I dont work I dont get paid. I explained this to him. He tried to beat me down to say I did get paid. Yeah, I received unemployment benefits but as you know thats not enough to even cover the rent. So he said either pay or well put a judgement against you. Sad to say i had to take my unemployment check to pay him and received a judgment because I couldnt pay rent. This office should go through training again

UPDATE: So, Ive paid my debt off in full and its like pulling teeth trying to get a paid in full letter. The paralegal is out this week and it seems as if NO ONE else can send me the letter

This law firm is a joke. You agree to one term and then they make changes without notifying you. Everyone is rude and disrespectful. They follow unethical collection practices and should be investigated.
