I highly recommend Sheryl Shane. I originally was charged with a misdemeanor for reckless driving and also for driving without license, (I also had a ticket for not having state plates). She got everything dismissed for me.

My son’s friend got arrested 2 years ago for being drunk in public and in possession of marijuana.

She then met with the defendant and obtained his detailed history. She had me prepare documentations which included letter attesting to his having a place to live and a job if he was released from jail. She concluded that there was a chance we might be able to win his release on appeal. Within weeks, we were notified that my son’s kind, sensitive and intelligent friend would be released on probation from jail in a few weeks. In my opinion, Sheryl Shane is a miracle worker. I came across Sheryl Shane searching for a attorney for my boyfriend with a little over two weeks before his court date. She was on it searching and making a great case due to the short time before court my stress was very high she made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know where we were on his case and what to expect on his date. I would have never thought that a man facing possible 8 years would have walked out that building that day with his family. She made sure to speak about good things that my boyfriend has done since he has been placed on probation.

Sheryl Shane is the second lawyer I have used since living in the Northern Virginia area.
