Andrew Lindsay is an extremely competant attorney with deep expertise in traffic law. I know smart when I see it. In my case personally, he has been very creative in terms of legal maneuverings and tact. This isn't one of those fake, written by the lawyer overly professional and vague reviews. He also won't needlessly recommend a that you do things or provide him with extraneous information that won't help you in your case. Honestly I would've been happy to pay him even if my case had ended in a horrible conviction. He greatly reduced the points that I would have had from 7 to 0. I got ticket in between trials, which pissed the prosecutor and judge off badly. I paid a few court fines, but whatever. He negotiated something I have never seen or thought of before with regard to avoiding. It was fun watching him work and I know that no one could've done better. I've seen other attorneys at work and they seem At times to be a bit louche. Andrew is not.

Andrew Lindsey is the only attorney I’ve ever met who I would not change one thing about. I had the opportunity to work with Andrew during his time as a Virginia public defender. I called Andrew Lindsey to get advice about going to speak with a detective who asked me to come in and give a statement for a serious charge. Mr. Lindsey quickly returned my call and gave me very helpful advice about what to do and what to expect. I received RD speeding tickets for 85 on 65 limit and summoned to court. Since I live in New York, I need an attorney to represent me in court and I am glad I hired Andrew Lindsey. Unlike other law firms where assistants call you and ask you to collect so many items before you can talk to a lawyer (DMV record, Driver Improvement, Speedometer Calibration, Character Letters, they even asked me if I can do Community Service…), Andrew personally called me after I contacted his firm. In 10 minutes, he explained what he can do which getting my case dismissed and only ask me to take the Driver Improvement online class. I can tell right away that he has lot of experience and know what he is doing. He gave me his cell number and email and always got back to me quickly every time I needed to ask him anything. When the court date arrived, I didn’t have to show up in court and received his call at the end of the day informing my case has been dismissed. I have to pay court fee but that’s about it. I could not be happier.

I had a great experience with mr. lindsey, I got a reckless driving ticket driving through south 95 (90 on a 65) into manassas and a trooper had pulled me over, not only did i have a restricted license but i also had a pending case going on and this reckless driving ticket couldve violated my terms of good behavior but after a couple of court dates Mr. Lindsey managed to get my whole charge dropped and i didn’t even have to pay for court fees. He communicated very well to me what could possibly happen in this case and what he could do to help and suggested community service work with a vehicle calibration and communicated to the trooper what i had already done in order to get this ticket dropped and the trooper agreed and let the whole thing go.
