He appears to care and listens but when the real work starts all he wants is more money. He becomes arrogant and rude. He was probably good early in his career but he’s lost it now and is just cruising.
Save your money and military career, find someone else. David isn’t your guy. Has been at best.

I cannot thank David and his staff enough for all the work they put into my case. It was truly a team effort. David fought for me in person at a Formal Medical Evaluation Board in TX and made sure we won. He made sure my 18+ years of service was not thrown away due to a medical issue. On Thursday, 5 Jan 2012, I called and emailed David Sheldon few times to inquire about his legal expertise. I am in need of immediate assistance. At about 1500 hours on Friday, 5 Jan 2012, I have been in communications with two firms. Not long I retained a respected firm with great staff to represent me. At about 1645 hours, received a call from Mr. Sheldon telling me that he is able to assist me. When I asked Mr. Sheldon a questions, he said he doesn't have the time right now, and I am thinking you called me; therefore, I was expecting him to be prepared. I told Mr. Sheldon that I already retained someone since I did not get any response from him. He replied "DON'T WASTE MY TIME", and when I tried to explain to him, he said, "DON'T INTERRUPT MET WHEN...", I did not wait for him to finish, and I replied, "YOU'RE VERY RUDE! (CLICK!). At 1705 hours, Mr. Sheldon called, and I let it go into my voicemail. In his voicemail, he apologized and that he will do a free consultation which is normal and offered to buy me lunch. Damaged has already been done! This is my FIRST AND LAST time with this ATTORNEY!
