Howard Simcox and his paralegal assistant Karin, were very helpful in getting the critical information collected for my accident and injury. All insurance queries were handled by them. They contacted me regularly for treatment updates and copies for the file. This took a huge load off of me since I had a head injury and it was sometimes difficult for me to track what I needed to do and handle the information being generated. At one point additional medical care was needed and they had the right Doctor for me to see to get additional critical testing and medical care.

Settlement went very well and was minimally stressful compared to what I feared. Howard was very successful at getting a very fair settlement, without the added expense, stress and risk of going to a court trial. I was referred to Sussman and Simcox Attorneys at Law by a friend after an automotive accident. This friend has known Mr. Howard Simcox since they were kids and I must say, normally I would have shrugged off a referral for a Lawyer like a referral for a Dentist........ but my friend was so convinced of the quality of service I would receive that I just felt like maybe I should listen.

He met with me at his office to review all of my medical treatment and the facts of the accident. I found Sussman and Simcox on Google several days after my car accident, during which my car got totaled. Thankfully I did not get any broken bones, but I did have to go through several weeks of physical therapy. I called in for consultation and got to talk to Ms. Sussman right away.
