After arriving 50 minutes late for my initial consultation without so much as a text or email informing me that would be the case, and forgetting my name, the counselor could not get his computer to work and wouldn't tell me if he had any staff (after he mentioned there was a lot of turnover in the office). He said my questions about his business were 'irrelevant' to my choosing to work with him, and reminded me where the doors were. I told him I wouldn't trust him to fill out a standardized form for me or my family, and he kindly asked me to "forget the location of the office while I was at it."
I will.

I was here to see Traci Jones and on the first day while being asked to sit in the conference room someone else’s medical records were sitting there wide open. When my attorney sat down to speak with me for the first time she asked if the folder that was sitting there was mine. After going over my case when ready to leave after paying the receptionist the deposit ($300) down I couldn’t help but notice Traci in the back room yelling at a client on the phone with the door wide open. She was yelling about funds that were owed and I didn’t see this as a red flag at first as well as the medical records that were left on the table. I did all the work for my case and needless to say as i don’t post my personal business on the internet the office was trying to charge me $1500 to just show up to court. I kept asking them as it didn’t make any sense of why someone would charge that amount to show up to court on the last day for something that was appealed. I finally decided to get my money back and in the process as I wish I could send it as a photo in the review I went from $300 to them giving nothing back and saying they were going to keep my money. I feel like this is wrong since I filled all the paper work myself and there wasn’t anything for my attorney to do. Not to mention when I spoke to J.M. Reynolds she said “good luck finding an attorney as they won’t be able to help like we can.” Last time I checked and even in your contract it states you can’t guarantee anything and no attorney can. Please make sure before you decide on attorneys to make sure they don’t charge a lot especially if you have done all the work because they will come up with any and everything to not give you your money back. This specific office did this to me and then Traci ask for the paperwork not as a screen shot through email but wanted it mailed so she could look like she actually did something to help my case. I hope this helps anyone who is in need of an attorney to think twice before choosing this office. I hope this helps.
Probably the worse representation you can hire. Hired this firm back in 2017, after three years of waiting i had to contact the State Bar Association because of the lack interest Mrs. Brown showed toward my case. She even tried to get me to agree to false information pertaining to my divorce, while also submitting paperwork to withdraw from my case because i was unsatisfied with the representation. Needless to say I lost a case that should have been a slam dunk for me. Now i only get to see my son 20 days of the year.

I keep it simple, she charged the price of a very good attorney, I paid for a separation document that is legally worthless, after she was paid she ignored my calls and my new lawyer thought I had written the 6 page separation document MYSELF- think about it I paid 4k+ for that. Also she basically gave my ex more than HE HAD EVEN ASKED FOR and now I have agreed on paper to less than a random judge would have given me both financially and custody wise! Basically this lawyer is as bad as a lawyer can get.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Save yourself the time and money! They are not worth what they want. They are the most ill prepared attorneys I have ever dealt with! They say we owe them money. They lost our case wouldn’t call my husband back for weeks and finally did the AFTERNOON BEFORE COURT THE NEXT AM. Charged outrageous fees for “preparation” she walked in there and didn’t even know my husbands case. He had 50/50 custody and took his ex court himself even had her found in contempt of court. Our lawyer was so ill prepared that he got time TAKEN FROM HIM. Do not use them I repeat do not use them! She didn’t even know what to say in court it was so embarrassing.

They reached out to me but the man who was talking to me was a little rude. Didn’t like the way he was talking to me about my situation. Then he said that the lawyer would contact me. Well... she didn’t. Then days later I called again & the guy answered the phone. He said they were busy at the moment because of the Election Day. He also mentioned she would contact me again. Well... over a wk has passed, & this law firm has still not contacted me. I was going to go visit them, but after reading the reviews... I’m not going to even bother. If you don’t want my business, I sure as hell don’t want yours. & I don’t need a person from the law firm to talk to me with a stinkin’ attitude.
