Mr. Francescon was appointed to represent me on a probation violation a few years ago, since then I have missed the court date twice due to being in rehab, and once this past December because I mixed up my dates. He got me out on bond ALL THREE TIMES I’ve missed court. My father posted a one star review for him saying that he has done me dirty and made promises he can’t keep because he was angry that I had to sit in jail an extra week due to the courts being closed for the holidays. What my dad wrote is NOT TRUE and I ask that you disregard his negative review. Mr. Francescon is a great attorney and a great man and I owe my freedom to him.

Peter Francescon absolutely sucks at being a court appointed attorney. Has done my sone dirty several times on the same case. He didn’t even show up to court for my sons last court date. He makes promises he can’t or won’t keep and is very arrogant. If you need a awesome attorney go get Tim Olmstead, his office is right beside the court house.

After the trial, I immediately paid everything I owed Mr. Francescon. The price was truly a tiny one compared to the re - and enlisted his services to do expungement of the charge, which although a truly complicated process, was handled immediately and required zero effort on my part. I was notified every step of the way on the status of my expungement and it came back expunged super quick!

Prior to hiring Mr. Francescon, I visited several other lawyers in the surrounding VA area, I was recommended to plead guilty to a lesser sentence even though I had strong evidence to my defense and there was no proof this crime even happened. Another lawyer basically yelled at me for calling him twice in one day - real piece of work. I was shocked to learn how this was how some defense lawyers conducted their business. This is the worst place to go if you need a traffic attorney, I had the worst experience ever here, Mr Jonathan D. Esten promised me in his office that he is able to at least take off the points of my traffic ticket, he confirmed that when I met him a couple minutes before the court time, he ended up making a deal with the traffic officer, and I ended up paying the ticket and the court fees, in addtion to 3 points, and added to my driving record, what I hired you for ???
