Timothy (Tim) Olmstead is unprofessional and unethical lawyer. Went there with my dad to seek help with a case that involved reckless driver hitting our car from back with proof of driver not being licensed and pictures etc. He explained it's a straight forward case and he'll surely take it. He discussed his flat fee but same day when I got the email about signing the contract, the fees were totally different then what was discussed. Since then I've called his office and emailed him numerous times but his secretary keeps saying he'll call me back in an hour. I've not heard from him and its been almost a year now and I had to pay for all the expenses out of pocket for repairs. Tim: If you never reached out to me because of $$ mentioned differently in contract, then shame on you for not keeping up with your words. You could haves reached out to me before I threatened to write this review which is absolutely necessary to let people know how you treat others unprofessionally.
I'll stay away from people like him and get yourself a well known honest and reliable lawyer.

We came to your office on end of June on July 9th I confirmed with you that I have the estimate done on the car and asked you for clarification of contract. Your responded saying you'll reach out to me once back from vacation by July 16. On July 17, 2019 I emailed you again for a response and to ask if I should wait until we talk and go to court or should I repair the car's rear bumper was hazard on highway speeds. You didn't respond to that email or calls. In between these calls your secretary or you mentioned that you have another attorney in mind who might be interested in taking my case and might help me. On July 19th I emailed again and still got no response. So yes, after you called me in August when I actually told your secretary that I'm done calling and emailing and told her I'll make sure to write a review about this service, you decided to give me a call then. I already had repairs done since all the time was wasted with you and talking to insurance company.
Yes, I insisted for you to take my case since we heard good things about you and we were referred by our friend. So in that case you weren't forced to take the case but rather we trusted you more than any other attorney in the area.
Regardless, I lost the money and there's nothing that could be done now. No need to contact you anymore or ever for any future needs.

My experience with Tim Olmstead was fantastic! He was honest, trustworthy and straight forward. He made the entire process completely seamless and easy. I never had to stress! He was a man of his word and I would recommend him over and over again!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Timothy Olmstead is lazy and neglectful. Never responds. Doesn't keep his words don't trust him or give him any of your money. His negligence put me in jail for failure to appear while he was my counsel and left before I got there court. He sent me an EMAIL after I was in handcuffs trying to find him. And he also was representing me in an injury case where he hasn't done a thing for me in months. Or has he? I don't know!!! A simple call would be great

Completely unprofessional practice! I scheduled a free consultation for yesterday (10/3). Her secretary calls me on the day of my consultation to tell me she needs to reschedule for today (10/4)...fine. I call for my consultation and no one answers from 1pm - 2pm (I guess they were at lunch). At 2pm on the dot, her secretary answers to tell me she in on another consultation and she would call me back to let me know if Mrs. Olmstead can reschedule my consultation. Thank goodness consultations are are free at this practice, because apparently my time isn't valuable to them. I agree to wait for another call back, the call never came. I eventually call back about an hour later, Mrs. Olmstead has left for the day and she doens't know if she is coming back. If you can't be professional enough to schedule an appointment when you are available,
you cant represent me!

I have known Tim Olmstead since he was a junior prosecutor for the Commonwealth Attorney's office. He handled an appeal from an offender who had assaulted my young teen daughter.
