My husband and I have been trying to file since September. Dealing with Sue has been a nightmare. We've sent her the info she has asked for multiple times. She's not specific on certain info she needs. She's rude and nasty when you ask questions. She has the worst attitude and I do NOT recommend this place. My husband and I are getting a refund and going else where.
