I had an excellent experience with Carteret Title LLC. I really appreciate their commitment to transparency, competition, and great service in the title industry. They encourage homebuyers to shop for title service, I think because they are confident they offer the best service and price. Overall good experience with them. Many people don't compare prices for title insurance and can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars more because of it. Their staffs were responsive to all my questions in the weeks leading up to closing. Also very helpful, friendly, and great at walking us through the paperwork and answering any questions we had. They had our paperwork scanned and sent to us very promptly. I am very happy about their services.

Most of the feedback here are so fake , this title company is worst among all other title co, they’ve no any knowledge about what they doin? They lie most of the time, it’s better to be homeless than closing home with this title co, they postponed our closing date upto 8 times and keep lieing each n everyday! Also they don’t do servey so mortgage co did it so this title co should be locked by government n need to close and stop them to work like this! Plz read my feed back before you choose this title co!
