I retained the Sherman Law Firm to assist during a domestic separation. Every time we have gone before the judge, Mr. Sherman has been the prevailing attorney. My journey is still not over and Mr. Sherman continues to seek the justice I expect and deserve. The communication between his office and I has been exceptional. Mr Sherman is an excellent Attorney he helped my new wife and I win a settlement with her ex-husband who used one of the best and highest rated Attorney’s in Elkins. One of the things I really appreciate about Mr Sherman is him letting me talk with out any interruptions and I noticed he gave me 100% of his attention writing down every detail which made me feel at ease; it seemed like we were always on the same page. His office staff was alway quick to return our calls and I would highly recommend Mr Sherman for all your legal needs.

Worst lawyers I’ve ever been in contact with. Terrible attitudes and Extremely unprofessional with no concern for the outcome of our family’s case. Beyond being incompetent, April Mallow is one of the most unpleasant people I’ve spoken with in recent years and Sherman wasn’t much better. Even with so few options in Moorefield, I cannot imagine how Mr. Sherman and Ms. Mallow in particular expect to build their law practice carrying themselves so poorly. Ms. Mallow made a living as a prosecutor only a couple years ago - is that really who you want to defend you when your life is on the line? And what does that say about Sherman law firm keeping such a bumbling attorney working in his office? The more ya know Take care y’all.
