I was approved for the help and the lawyer didn't show up for court and didn't call to let me know. Horrible communication. Horrible advice.

There is no "Legal Aid" in West Virginia. Only corrupt pretending scammers.

They prentend to call you twice and send you a later saying you have to submit a new applicatiin because you missed their call. Theres been 3 times where ive answered the phone only for them to hang up on me and i had to resubmit another application. Ive given the number to my job where theres a 24 hour receptionist and they never called but of course i got a letter saying i missed their calls and to do the application process again. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I have used legal aid in the past and find them to be prompt to solve issues, professional, and eager to help.
