I'm now 5 months into my Workers Comp claim. Only because of Mr. Pat Jacobs and his awesome staff am I getting ALL of the treatments I need to hopefully get back underground. Without him representing me and going to war for me I would be in a very bad place in my life right now! Don't hesitate to call his office.....it will save you a lot of stress in the future!!!
