Been waiting almost 2 months on a title search. Call the office they say they will call me back and never do. Lender, Seller, and real estate company have called multiple times, they get plenty of excuses but no action seems to be taken. This keeps pushing back our closing date. Very frustrated.

Did the title work for the closing but never sent the statements to the city to change the utilities. The city ended up getting the statements themselves.
