MY experience with Moore & Moore has been a very pleasant one. Father and son, are both "down to earth" good people. They tell you how it is and won't try to blow sunshine up your a**. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an attorney with your interests in mind, and they don't "candy coat" anything. Just two honest hard working people out of Ripley, WV, just a stone's throw away from the Jackson Co. Courthouse. 5 Stars for sure!

I was passing through the area in early September and received a speeding ticket. Contacted David Moore about representing me in the case as the other attorneys I called in the area said he was the only one who practiced in traffic defense. I was willing to spend up to $1k to try to avoid any license points. The secretary asked me to fax my ticket and they would review it and call me back. I did. I also had to leave the country on business for a week so no phone for that time. When I returned I had no voicemails from them. Called them back, she said he was still reviewing it and I did not have much of a chance at dismissal, which I never expected. Said they would re-review it and call me back. Never happened. Wasted 20 of my 30 days to respond to the case.
