The Pritts helped me with a speeding ticket when I got my first ticket in the US while travelling through WV. The Troopers had unjustifiably given me 15 or 20 MPH over the limit, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and couple of other things, all that could've resulted into over 12 points on my license had I pleaded guilty and the licensed revoked. Pritts helped with with the resolution, they were very professional and transparent in handling the resolution in a very timely fashion and were able to get out of the sticky situation with no points or fine. Couldn't have expected a better outcome. I would highly recommend the Pritts.

They take all your money, then quit working for you. That being said, for simple, brainless legal work, they are good. 1,000's of clients, $7,000 a month spent on Google advertising, only 7 reviews, that should tell you something!

This was one of only a few Charleston-area firms I found on the WV Bar website that practices adult guardianship law. I submitted a contact form on their website and received no response for a week. I finally called them myself and was told they charge $150 just for a consultation. The WV Bar Association website says that if you are referred to an attorney through their website, that attorney "may agree to see you as a client for an ini­tial con­sul­ta­tion for a fee of no more than $25 for the first 30 min­utes of the consultation" - but this is not one of the firms that offers that. I have a very specialized, unusual case and if I had to pay $150 to every attorney just to determine if they have the expertise to handle it, I'd be broke before my petition was filed. If your legal matter has urgency, or if you feel you require specialized knowledge and can't afford to pay several lawyers just to find out the scope of their experience, you may want to look elsewhere.
