Received a high speed driving award from the state of West by god Virginia. I'd rather find a local attorney to represent me and plead it down so points don't go on my license. Quick google search led me to John. Phone call returned on the same day. Quick discussion led to the right information I needed to just plead out and pay the fine. 60 in a 55. No points. He told me directly I'd like to represent you, but you don't need me. I offered to pay for an hour of his time since we all have effort in our own games. He declined. How about that. Due to a traffic ticket that I got in a construction zone, I called Mr. Balenovich to see if it it would be possible to keep points off of my license. I would have gotten 5 points without his help. He was sure he could get it down to 3 points, but he actually got it down to 0 points!!!!

Every case is different but I went into court thinking we'd fight tooth and nail because raised my son alone for 8 years... Dad only paid child support off and on...
Had Statements from Doctors, School, Bus staff ect- all having my back..
Dis my owm paper work for myself, lawyer & Judge... Judge never seen or heard any of it...

I believe if I went in alone- I would have continued my plan of fighting to be heard.

Instead we get in there and i agree to thing's that I should never have. Judge never even knew the dad was NEVER in the picture to care for his sons daily needs... Now my son & I are suffering from the details we never even discussed in court or i never thought of because this was my first time...
Now I have to go back because of thing's over looked such as ( people on my pick up/drop off list ) seems small right????!!!

It's not.. Keep in mind that if the other party is never served because they dodge or whatnot then your modification cannot be heard...
Also, for child support cases, put in that paper that if the other party voluntarily quit their jobs they don't have to pay child support and they don't have legal rights to their child.... Or atleast ask for it.... It's something i should have done
