I’m not one to write regular reviews, but due to recent circumstances requiring legal counsel and the positive experience I had, I wanted to thank Mr. Salisbury and his firm for their services. He listened to understand my situation and provided guidance I felt was clear and concise. My concerns were remedied and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again, should the need arise. My trust has been earned and I appreciate his leadership in the legal community.

Sent an email never got any response

Abridged account, but still long. Must still read though.
After spending thousands of dollars on another lawyer (Jenny Evans in Gallipolis, OH) and giving her a plethora of evidence to work with... She shows up in court the day of the hearing so unprepared, it was like a 2 year old trying to fly a plane. Luckily I didn't lose anything, but I also didn't gain what I should have. A little over a month later I get more garbage though the court, from the opposing party trying yet again to take more away from me. Having no desire to throw thousands more away with Evans again I began looking for a new lawyer. Everyone I talked to would say "yes, I can help you but you have to pay my $3000+ retainer fee before I look at anything on your case". Just more money grubbing lawyers, that won't do anything for me except take my money and laugh.

This is were Adam Salisbury comes in. After finding his practice on line, I scheduled a consultation (his fee being considerably less than anyone else I talk to or tried to talk to). After explaining the current situation, the back story and desperately pleading for help he shocked me with his response. He REFUSED to take my money to hire him. While he was extremely sympathetic to my plight (as a father himself), he couldn't in good conscience (yes people, you read that right, he is a lawyer with a conscience) take my money to retain him because he wasn't sure how much good he could do where I was just in court a month and a half earlier. He did however help me type up a response letter for the court that day. After the hearing date was set, I went to see him again asking for help representing myself. He walked me through evidence preparation and a few other things before setting a time and date to meet him at a law library, to educate me on legal jargon that I would need in my case. Skip ahead 2.5 months after judge rescheduled a weeks worth of hearings do to family problems. I finally go back into court and opposing party doesn't show. Judge calls opposing party after receiving a note that they were too sick to come in. Opposing party withdrawals case over the phone making this hearing a complete waste of time and money. Because of this I was unable to present evidence of perjury from opposing party in the last hearing. I visit Adam's office again, and again I am greeted with a smile and advice on how to file criminal charges for the perjury. This is where we are now. Hoping things go in my favor in current situation.
I would like to add that this last meeting, and the two prior, Adam tried refusing his consult fee (which I insisted on and did pay each time). As a rule I don't trust lawyers, untill now that is. If you are looking for someone trust worthy, with integrity that will put you before the money??? Than look no farther than Adam Salisbury.

Adam has helped me many times with my legal questions. He’s always been straightforward, knowledgeable, and reliable. He’s not only given advice on the legal issues but also asked me questions to really help me think through the issues. This then let me give him better direction. I appreciated the thought process because we got things right the 1st time which ultimately save me money in the long run. Good advice is worth it.

He is the best lawyer that is around. He is the best for child custody case. If anyone is looking for a good lawyer he is the top of the line, the best. Thank Mr. Tenoglia for your services and help.
