Daughter bought her first house and couldn't have been with a better closer! He brought a litter humor without missing a detail!!!

My parents had a closing selling property and they didn’t bother to even contact us. Their address was incorrect on all docs. Had they made contact they would’ve known this. The buyer of the property had to let us know of the closing date and time. We were unaware if anything needed to be brought to closing. Closer was also unprofessional. Drinking coffee at the closing table. Looked as if several times she was going to spill it on everything. I do not recommend them for real estate closings.
