Won't return phone calls or answer emails ... she did a bankruptcy for my cousin and later my cousin found that she did not complete the case and let it close without a discharge. Attorney Hapner didn't even convey that information to my cousin - just left her thinking she got what she had paid for (NOT!). GET AN ATTORNEY WHO HAS A STAFF THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE.
