Hired them concerning a car accident personal injury case. They kept telling me the insurance company hasnt responded yet along with not returning calls to me. They rode it out till after a yr then told me the time limit expired to sue. DONT GET THESE ATTORNEYS!!!!

They take your money then if you try to get in touch with them to check status of your case-you leave messages and they never return your calls.

He has been very thorough with everything. Knowing that he came in at the worst time for this case, he still took it head on without any questions and has strived for the best results. He stays in contact with you and answers any questions you have. If you're trying to contact him and are unable to, he's very quick to get back to you. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this attorney. I wish I would have hired him from the beginning. Only issue I have is the cost. I'm struggling with finances and cost is slightly higher at this law firm. But, you get what you pay for and Mr. Renfroe has been understanding and willing to work with me on payments. Can't say it enough! Great law firm and great attorney.
