Worst, most unprofessional firm ever. I was referred by a chiropractor, and hesitantly hired them, even though I had never heard of them. Mr. Jaeger Jr. accepted our case immediately and drew up paperwork for us to sign in his office. Five months later we had not heard from him. Apparently, he seemed to have forgotten about us, then decided (5 months in) he no longer wanted to take our case on, after he had signed paperwork months ago. His reasoning was "he liked more clean-cut, broken-bone cases" (as opposed to soft-tissue). This would have been great information BEFORE we hired him and he took our case, then forgot about us for 5 months, wasting our time.

Just by our one meeting, he appeared very unprofessionally dressed, and inexperienced. The way he handled this case was terrible. Thankfully, I found a more experienced firm shortly after. Do NOT trust The Jaerger Firm with your case, choose someone more established and professional.
