So...what to say about Lawrence and Associates.....

Well, They handled my work comp case and it was a long, horrible, emotional ordeal. The insurance companies and employers just don't care about the injured. I found out I was nothing more than a number at the end to be negotiated.

I went from being a calm, caring and upbeat man, to a angry, bitter and sad person who yelled at everyone and my fuse was so short and uncontrollable. I tormented Lawrence and Associates week after week, month after month and yet they stayed with me, talked to me and calmed me down so I could breath my way into the next days meltdown. I honestly don't know how they tollerated me and my emotions. They'll be professionals and say it was no big deal but it really was. I van admit to my actions and reactions. When I saw at the end what they got paid, I felt even worse for them.

This is a good law firm and my attorney, Haley Stamm, was very kind and understanding. She answered my emails and calls and she kept me informed. Honestly, if you want a good firm for work comp, this is the one for you. I'm glad this is all over with finally and hope I never have to go through this again but I'm so glad I had Haley Stamm and Lawrence and Assoc..my sincerest apologies for my terrible behavior and my deepest gratitude for carrying me through hell when I couldn't make it on my own.

First the lawyer was 20 minutes late for my appointment. then she kept all of the information in the folder that I was supposed to get. After a week of not hearing from her I email the office manager and the partners. Got a call from Pete one of the partners who said about the 20 minutes we are all human but no apology. Then we discussed my case and he said I did not have one in his eyes and they were dropping me as a client. So if you want them as your lawyers a word to the wise do not complain about an associate.

I am a not a very educated man. So when I suffered a terrible fall at work. I was worried. I had multiple injuries and went on workers comp. I was receiving temporary total disability (TTD).I had an ACL reconstruction to my left knee. I reached my Maximum Medical improvement (MMI) and workers comp stopped my temporary total disability (TTD) and said my other injuries were not work related and were preexisting. I could not go back to work due to my injuries and I needed help. Lawrence & Associates were highly recommended to me. Justin and Dominick have worked really hard on my case with the workers comp insurance company. In the meantime Justin recommended to file for Social Security Disability (SSDI). Danielle and Kelsey worked hard on filing my case and got me approved the first time for Social Security Disability (SSDI). This past month we went to court for my workers comp case and was awarded that my other injuries were in fact work related. I have received my back pay for my temporary total disability (TTD). I am receiving medical treatment for my other injuries and my monthly temporary total disability (TTD) benefits and my Social Security Disability (SSDI) benefits now.

I went to lawrence and associates for disability. I was honestly told up front that because i wasnt 50+ yrs old that disability would be harder. But not impossible. Its a time consuming process but it isnt impossible. I was told if i was denied. That they would do fight and fight hard. I appealed my case. I filled out my paperwork. I get a letter back within 2 weeks. Stating i was denied and they were terminating my lawyer clientel relationship. Like they are just giving up. When i called to ask why. They are avoiding my calls. Keep sending me to voicemail but dont return my calls.
I went to them cause of the 5 star rating. But dont see how they can call them selves a 5 star lawyer when they promise u this. But give up on u. I will never return to these ppl for anything.
