Over the holidays, my Dad got arrested on Christmas Eve b/c Kenton Co. Circuit Court neglected to recall a warrant.
I was hysterical. It was Christmas Eve & I was on my way to pick him up for Christmas dinner with our family when I got a call from the jail. Dad told me to call Paul, confident Paul would straighten it all out.
Paul has been representing him on a fraudulent robbery charge & has been nothing short of amazing. However, he was on vacation in Australia. I doubted Dad would be out in time for Christmas, much less Christmas Eve, but he just kept saying “Call Paul”...

Mr. Dickman is a very professional and thorough attorney. He help my wife get a warrent lifted in a matter of 24hrs total. He took about 4hrs to figure out what the warrent was for and had the paperwork ready for the judge to sign off on. The longest part was just waiting on the judge to sign off on the paperwork. This clown's name discribes him perfectly! I was falsley accused by the Florence Police of a crime I didn't commit. I consulted with Mr. Dickman in detail, maintained my innocence, and informed him I would consider a plea agreement only if it didn't involve a jail sentence. If not I would only be willing to take the case to trial rather than plead guilty to a crime I didn't commit. I also informed him I would be more than willing to pay the additional fees to represent me at trial. He said he thought I had a good shot so I paid the retainer. After 3 months of handling the case and several court dates Mr. Dickman changed his position and said he only felt I had a 10 percent chance of winning at trial. During this time he sent me several unprofessional emails and phone calls where he screamed, used profanity, and attempted to pressure me into admitting guilt for a crime I didn't commit. I finally fired Mr. Dickman and hired an attorney from another county that got the case dismissed. This guy is worse than a used car salesman that bait and switches you after he takes your money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration before you get had by Dickman!

Paul dickman is hands down the best attorney! I was sceptical at first. But he literally got my entire case (felony wanton endangerment) thrown out in less then 2 months!!
