Greg Erpenbeck helped me in my case of car accident claim settlement recently. I must say it was great experience for me as there was clear information provided by Greg while I didn't have to deal with many phone calls from Insurance companies. I 100% recommend Greg for anyone in similar shoe.

Called initially to find out if the firm could help me with an injury case. Jonathan Hart was not willing to take that case but said he could help with my other case. I explained in detail I was injured and would not be able to work for some time. We came up with an agreement and Jonathan took $500 to start the case. We also went into detail prior to him taking payment that I would want a jury trial. We discussed $2000 for a jury trial which he later increased to $3000. Mr. Hart was fully aware of my financial situation when he took me on as a client. The case repeatedly got continued. I paid $300 in December again explaining to Mr. Hart I was a single mother of 5 children. I just recently was able to go back to work. In January Mr. Hart emailed me stating he was filing a motion for dismissal. He had not worked on my case. I fully intended to pay, but again I explained Mr. Hart my financial situation. He wanted me to plea out. I am innocent and wasn’t going to. Mr. Hart didn’t file but I didn’t know that. He wanted me to come in to his office, once on a day where it was extreme weather and I couldn’t make it. I asked for a phone conference. He never called. The second time I didn’t have a sitter. Again, I asked for a phone conference. Mr. Hart then emails me a week prior to trial stating he is motioning the court for dismissal.

I had every intent to pay but I explained in detail my financial situation. He should have never took the case knowing it was going to be difficult to pay on time. Especially when I verbally told him multiple times. I did pay in December. Mr. Hart shouldn’t have took payment in December. Mr. Hart didn’t want to have a phone conference because he wanted to bully me in his office as he had previously. He Doesn’t care about your case, he wants to take your money and will tell you anything you want to hear, he will want you to plea out. Beware Dont Waste Your Money find another attorney who cares.

I have found Ryan Beck @ BFZ Law amazingly helpful and of good will. In this day in age it great to have someone in legal matters that you can trust and depend on.The environment at the firm has always been friendly and of good faith. I have recommended Ryan Beck and the firm itself to family and friends. They are amazing!

Zevely does not communicate with his clients he does not stand up for his clients. He didn’t even show up to court Does not care whatsoever besides for the money. Basically paid 3500 for him to show up to court twice when it was supposed to be a retainer.
If you want someone to actually care about your case or loved ones don’t go here.

Ethan Busald is an amazing attorney. From the moment he took my case he has kept me informed every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. I think he works all the time as I have emailed him at 11pm and received an email back from him around 1130pm, not many attorneys I can think of that would take the time to email a client at 1130 at night. I hired Will Zevely for a criminal case in June, 2016. I retained his services and made a down payment amount for $700. He showed up to court with me and extended the court date a month ahead so that we can figure out a game plan. Once the court date came, he expected the rest of the money from me, to which I told him I wouldn't be able to make a payment for a few weeks. He got irritated and requested to the judge that I find a new attorney because I wasn't able to pay him the rest sooner. He basically stole $700 from me without lifting a finger. He is a thief and is no better than the scum he represents. Not only that, but for most cases, he charges $2,500, and he doesn't do any work for you. Most of the time, he isn't willing to fight for you and wants you to make a plea. Do not hire him unless you want to throw money down the drain.
