The good reviews ARE FAKE. All of the 1 star rating are similar to what I have been going through for almost a year. LET ME FIND OUT YOUR DEALING WITH MINORITY CASES RECKLESSLY!!!! Karen RICHNER let me find out!! NONE OF YOU WILL HAVE A CAREER IF Y'ALL DON'T DEAL WITH MY CASE PROPERLY!!! It's been almost a year, no communication unless I CALL and the attitudes are very aggressive as if I'm wrong for inquiry about my case. I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT CALLING ONCE EVERY FEW MONTHS AND THEY DON'T CALL ME AT ALL. I was SERIOUSLY hurt and they're giving offers that barely cover medical bills. To this day embarking on an year later, I'm still suffering from pain, relating to this accident, and now the pain of incompetent lawyers. I'm looking to get someone to investigate this firm. It's NOT about the money. I'm NOT broke!! It's about the integrity, fairness and EQUALITY. I will wait TEN YEARS IF I HAVE TO!!!!! I feel like my file is sitting on someone desk collecting dust and not being represented fairly on my behalf. I'm looking at these other reviews, and STARTING TO SEE A PATTERN!!! A PATTERN OF MINORITIES HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AS MYSELF. PLEASE if you're a minority take your case somewhere ELSE. I'm smelling some bias individuals in this firm. And if you're a minority who feels the same email me.

Absolutely NOT. This place is a joke. It is like law students, who aren't yet familiar with real cases are handling my case. They fight on behalf of the insurance companies and not their clients. Totally a junk firm!!!!

Lazy, unprofessional, no effective communication, rude, arrogant, uselessly time consuming, I am shocked by any good reviews. Maybe they are friends, friends of friends, and family, because my experience was horrible. I also feel as if they are eating the money of the accident victims. Please take your case somewhere, where those you EMPLOY actually care about their clients.

They are an okay law firm just don’t check on your case to much cause they’ll eventually stop answering your calls and have the front desk tell you their on a call every time you call or just don’t answer period I’ve had better attorneys I won’t recommend or use this them anymore

When I started the ordeal, I had been passed from attorney to attorney. In total I had been through 4 attorney's in the office and never recieved a call or e-mail.
When Karen Richner had recieved my case it changed! She actually answered calls and responded to e-mails unlike the other 4 attorneys. Karen should get the 5 stars for her services the rest of the issues with the firm are the reason for the 4 stars. If not for her I would agree with most of the negative reviews!
