Mr Gladage is now in Denver, practicing. He seemed to be in hurry to habve me sign his contingency fee agreement. I like to make an informed thought out decision before hiring a lawyer. Thankfully this isn't an every day decision that needs to be made. BUT, because I needed/wanted time to discuss the fees, and ins and outs of hiring a lawyer with my husband.etc, And do some research on Mr. Gladage, I had not signed when he deemed I should be signing to move forward with my Personal Injury case. (not much longer than 48 hours after giving him the details of my PI case_ I am still receiving treatment, so there is only so much that can be done regardless. I don't give in to people who expect things to be on their terms only. Don't lawyers work for their clients? I'm not about to make a split second decision with out all the facts and questions answered. So I guess I dodged a bullet, NOT hiring Mr Gladage. The impression I got from how he handled this situation, is that he is more concerned with how he will benefit from me hiring him, than fighting for my needs in my PI case. Lawyers should not be pushy about rushing potential clients into signing legal contracts.
