Beth Casper and her associates aren't competent enough to investigate the charges they bring against individuals.

This is clear from the eviction they attempted to file regarding my home, in which they not only illegally served a notice (no certified letter of notice was sent, as per the tenant agreement drafted by this firm), but best of all -- they misspelled my name on the eviction notice.

What's most frustrating, though, is that I paid my bill in full. I even have receipts! This is after numerous issues on the property, including the theft of my personal vehicle by the landlords, which I have records of.

Looking forward to seeing you guys in court. You should vet your cases before blindly filing evictions.
