The first time I saw Katie, I was in a courtroom for a separate matter waiting to be called, and she was representing another client and pinned the defendant to the wall in a way that even the judge chuckled. Nolia was the attorney I chose to represent my son in a case where he was badly injured while in the care of daycare staff as a toddler. She was everything I hoped she would be! She listened, discussed all aspects of the case with me at every junction, and went above and beyond to make sure my son's case was handled professionally while treating it as if it were her own family. We settled only when the terms were adequate and she knew that I could sleep peacefully with our decision, knowing that my son was finally compensated the way he deserved after the nightmare he went through. I was extremely impressed by this office. My daughters divorce had been sitting for a year before we hired Katie. Within the first week she had already been working on filing a child support order and getting things rolling. Both Katie and Jo were very responsive and knowledgeable.
