Got into a small wreck with an intoxicated driver. Was referred to Neil Roy by a coworker and even tho I was unable to meet with Neil until the late end of the day due to my work he went out of his way to meet up with me and got me set up with a Chiropractor and Doctors to make sure everything in my neck was ok. He would text/call any time there was an update and he is highly knowledgeable abiut what he is doing. He's a very calm and collective person when communicating wih you, but when it was with the at faults insurance he was cleary very stern and strong handed. With the outcome that I received I do honestly believe Neil Roy went above and beyond what he needed to do and that's why I got the settlement that I had got. He's a pretty good lawyer, one who will stand up to insurance companies and demand more for his client. It did take a while to work my case but it also wasn't typical either. Chase his assistant is also pretty good, look for the Subway building across the street from a parking garage his office is on the third floor. I would use him again, can't say that about every attorney I had represent me.
