I signed on with Smith and Wax and asked specific questions about following through, I got a SSDI judge with a 92% denial rate, that judge went through original filing and all denials within 90 days making outrageous claims of my physical abilities like repelling and low crawling of all things.
Trevor Smith did very little to fight while admitting the judge was making outlandish claims. When it came to the final denial of any appeal of the judges joke of a decision and taking the case to a Federal lawsuit
Trevor kept stringing me along as if they were taking it to Federal court until the week my time period to do so expired by saying "Smith and Wax almost never take claims to Federal suit (which I specifically asked before signing them and was told "we will take it all the way until you have no more options").
S&W not only refused to take case to Federal suit, but after they tried making sure case died by stringing me until my time expired they refused to help get an extension (which requires an attorney) Lucky for me I had all emails and recorded my phone calls between us, this gave me the evidence I needed of the S&W stringing me along and SSDI as well as Federal courts gave me the extension, it also gave me the time to find a good attorney who did take the case once I proved I got the extension and I not only prevailed, but I won my law suit (no thanks to S&W Attorneys at law) based on the fact the Judge failed made the outrageous claims of my physical abilities but she didn't follow proper protocols.

If you need an Law office that doesn't want to work too hard for you then these are the guys, but if you want someone to stand by you and fight until the end because you have a corrupt judge, then I would look elsewhere because these guys are nothing but ambulance chasers looking for that slam dunk easy case.

They are represeting my hisband on his disability case,we hope& for a good outcome they seem like they relly care and want whats best 4 their clinets hopefully they are sincere about it and not just see $ sighns,we are greatful 4 all they have done so far in the case!!!
