They are very caring and personable. Tara is so understanding of how I felt and still feel. Daniels Associates take the time to get to know their clients. I'm extremely glad that I chose this firm. All of my doubts and worries are gone because of these lawyers.

As of right now I don't even have a lawyer to appeal my denial claim but I called to see if they would be my lawyer and a lady named Karen is the one I talked to and she was we polite and sweet to talk and gave me a lot of useful information! If everybody in that office is like her I pray that this law office is going to be as to represent me!

2014 to 2018 case lost. Picked up my medical records, only to have others information in my file.(hippa laws broken) At court appearance, I was professionally dressed, Attorney not so much. Never spoke on my behalf. Only spoke to Judge about bringing her sick kids to her next court seating.

I've talked to three Louisville area Law Firms about Social Security and each of those companies gave me advice that would lead me to their firm to no doubt get my money.

When I called Daniels Associates after finding out my medical conditions and found out I was also a Disabled Veteran. They informed me that with my disabilities I should have no issues filing myself but if my Social Security didn't get approved to call them and they could be glad to help.

She then gave me the number to Frankfort and told me how to contact the VA and start filing with them.

Does everybody have to be after you dollar when your down? Why cant more people and business's be more like Daniels Associate and just give good honest advice and take care of people treating them the way they would want to be treated?

I had a great experience at first but moved out of state to deal with more important legal issues and they dropped me as a client which I get but I called as soon as I was back in town to see if they could pick up the case and its been two weeks-ish and still no answer. The reason was busy with court dates. But they could call and let me know something.
