Very responsive to initial contact. Highly knowledgeable but the two most prominent things to me were how mr. Tibbs talks to you not at you. The second, you will be treated as a person. Not just a dollar sign. Great lawyer, but mainly a great person that will be in your corner.

Have been calling the office for weeks leaving messages and no one has gotten back to me. They call me just before any meetings or calls to the other parties attorney with no prior warnings so if I miss the call it’s weeks or a month or more before I hear from them again.

I retained attorney Tibbs for my boyfriend who was incarcerated at the time I paid $2,000 up front for his Services we went before a judge one time the judge set an order my boyfriend has abided by the order from the judge , his ex-wife has gone and made frivolous felonious filings we've contacted Tibbs countless times by phone text and email we are in limbo my boyfriend wants his case to go back before a judge who set the original order and get these felonious charges removed, but Tibbs will not get with us it's been 4 weeks now , my best advice is do your homework before you retain an attorney

I am going through a very messy divorce fighting for jurisdiction over my children. We are originally from Missouri and my whole family moved to Kentucky for my husbands job.
