I have been fighting a long and difficult case all year with multiple felony charges that span over a total of 6 counties. I hired Sean Pharr based off of recommendations by my 2 other attorneys that were handling different counties .Within 1 hour of our first phone call Sean was already up to date with my cases and all the different counties with my 2 other attorneys. He quickly got to work on dealing with the prosecutors in the 2 counties that he was handling for me. With these being the 2 tougher out of the 6 counties I was a nervous wreck facing prison time. Not only did he keep me out of prison he also got my restitution split with my codefendant witch is rare. Getting started months after the first charges came in Sean actually got these 2 counties wrapped up before the first one was done. During the whole process Sean stayed in touch and made sure I understood every step and detail of my cases. He made sure the 2 counties ran concurrent with the other 4 so the least amount of time on probation as possible. I am very pleased and satisfied with Sean’s services being as we were originally facing an uphill battle the guy sure did me a solid.

I hired Sean Pharr based on the recommendation of another attorney to handle a criminal case for my son in Boone County. My son began consulting with Sean regarding this case prior to the first scheduled court date. Sean worked closely with the prosecutor through both District and Criminal court to arrange a plea deal and thus avoid any prison time.

During the course of the court dates we learned that my son also had charges in Campbell County. Sean agreed to take on this case, with similar charges and began working toward a resolution. This case has been difficult and frustrating for all of us due to the slowness of responses from the County Attorneys office. Sean worked diligently making phone calls, sending emails, making personal visits to the prosecutor and even the judge’s secretary to get his case in front of the judge. It was very obvious to me that this case would have taken a much longer time to resolve had it not been for Sean’s persistence. While the resolution of this case was a little less positive than the other case (because of county practices) Sean was still able to work toward a plea deal that avoids prison time for my son. He has contacted my son at times to find out how he was doing and to get updates on cases from other counties that my son was facing. He has been very conscientious and hard working on this and both my son and I have very much appreciated his help through a difficult time.
