Very very rude!!
Allrom the very beging I was met with rude unforesssional receptionist. All I did was call and ask a question about possible representation. The female that answred the phone wasn't even sure if they take step parent adoptions and put me on hold forever! How do you answer the phone but can't answer a simple question? I was then transferred to a rude paralegall that said she couldn't tell me if they take step parent adoptions or not over the phone! LOL wow! But you have it clearly posted on your web site!? RUN from this rude place! I can only imagine what they are like AFTER they take your money! Wow!
