Jan is the most professional, thorough, and genuinely skilled attorney I have ever met. Also, a genuinely nice guy. He handled a case in which I had hired 3 other attorneys to resolve. Each one of the other attorneys tried to persuade me into taking plea agreements when I maintained my innocence. After dealing with the situation for 3 years I hired Jan and the case was promptly dismissed without a trial. I would highly recommend Jan for any legal issues.

Jan Waddell took my money for an appearance, wrote a receipt and then did NOTHING. Stopped answering the phone, ect, now I have a family member with a warrant, no money, and no lawyer.
