This attorney overcharged me. I filed a chapter 13 but was charged for a chapter 7. After wiping out my checking account I was unable to pay toll fees to get my car tagged. How can you work with no transportation to get there? Therefore, how do you make bankrupcy payments? When asked about the overcharge, I was told the overpayment portion would be applied to my attorney fees.
