The Ken Nunn law office has been professional, and their service has been good. They have communicated with me through mail and phone. They have kept me up to date on my case in a timely manner. I don't expect them to do a miracle. However I do expect them to get me what my case is worth. I can't expect to get more than what it's not worth. I don't believe some of the reviews when they say , they could have gotten more money. If that was the case then Ken Nunn would go for more money. The more money the case gets the more Ken Nunn gets. It's a no-brainer, so Ken Nunn would fight for more. I gave 5 stars because everything is going good at the moment. I will update when the case is over and let you know if it stays at a 5.

I really wasn’t a “big” case- car accident by another driver running a stop sign, totaled my car and I needed shoulder surgery. I knew the insurance company would never settle fairly, so I was relieved when Ken took my case! It took a little time but by the time we got to mediation we settled for a very reasonable amount...really very little stress...great firm to work with!

Aside from insurance company Chubb ins and their client causing my accident (they took FOREVER to settle and it was very low ball and really could have been done in a few months , they took over a year) to settle this law office did the best they could and for the best settlement they could I would use them again if I was in an accident.

Jeff Courts has been awesome himself!! The daughter Nunn has been great and very helpful through the fight. Im unable to acquire all the names of all the employees at the law firm as everyone has been very helpful through this very difficult process, but Mr. Kevin Deville has remained by my side through the fight and i was present through the fight and actually have heard it all. Hello , to whom this may concern. Our journey began Feb. 2016 when our daughter was injured while she was out of the vechile proceeding to get on her school bus .but before she could walk to the bus . 1 car disregarded the school bus hitting the vechile she got out of and pushed amber down. Then 2 more cars also was involved.
It was a day that her and I will never forget .I'm so thankful that she is here today to tell about it. She had a horrible injury to her knee and 2 surgeries later and years worth of therapy . She still will always have pain on some days worse then others. She is still pushing forward and gaining all the support she has from family and friends.
I just thank God his angels was protecting her that day. She will be graduating the summer of 2020. And her goals as of now is the medical field. Will be praying for her as she gets stronger each .day. .Thank you

Calling the Ken Nunn law office was one of the better decisions I have made in life.
Two years ago, I tripped and fell as I entered a building in the city of Bloomington. I sustained significant, life-changing injuries.
At first I was reluctant to file a tort claim, but my son who is an expert in building codes, immediately drove to the sight where my accident occurred and found the access to the building was in gross violation. Since I had sustained significant facial wounds in addition to multiple bone fractures, he encouraged me to contact the Nunn law office. Mr. Nunn himself contacted me as soon as he received the message.
The next day, Rom Byron, one of Mr. Nunn’s attorneys contacted me. He was very kind and understanding and put me at ease, explaining what my rights were and what their office could do and would do for me.
Most significantly, their office staff, especially Courtney, was patient and efficient, keeping me updated on my case every month, allowing me to contact them any time with my concerns or questions. I was given open access to both the office staff and my attorney.
I can’t adequately thank Attorney Byron enough. He is a very skilled professional—possessing great communication skills with both me as his client, as well as with the attorneys representing the property owner.

I was in a nearly fatal car accident last year; I broke my hip and three different places and kenn nun law office got me compensated in less then a year. I just want to show my appreciation, and give thanks you guys have changed my life.

I was in a car accident on October 22,2017... I was a passenger in my sister's car, along with her husband... We live in Frankfort, Indiana... We had the right of way and we're going about 30 mph, in a 40 mph speed limit.. a man driving a truck, who was uninsured, slammed into the driver side of our car... He ran a red light... My sister had some problems with her neck, and they both were banged up pretty good... I ended up with a displaced L kneecap, and the bone just under my knee, was broke in 2 places... I had to have surgery for plates to be placed for it to heal correctly.. I was in alot of pain, and unable to put weight on my leg for 3 months... Then it took another 3-4 months to be able to put full weight... I had no idea how hard and painful that was gonna be... My sister decided to contact Kenn Nunn's office and see if we had a case... They were very informative, and we decided to proceed... I don't know what I would have done, if not for them... There was so much confusion with my insurance, first HIP with Anthem, then Medicare, and my sister's auto insurance with State farm... Nobody wanted to pay my bills... Anthem at 1 point said I only had coverage for 1 day... In actuality, it had been a couple years... They also couldn't decide who was responsible for what... No way I could have sorted thru or handled that mess on my own!!!! Vicky Nunn, and partners did a GREAT JOB, in standing up for my rights... And made sure that between all the insurances I do not owe anything toward my bills, which totalled at least $94'000 and that wasn't including all my therapy, and in home care... My settlement, after all the bills are paid and Ken Nunn law office fees, and I did get a couple of advances thru Oasis Financial.. is going to be between $33,000 - $50,000...
