I had a car accident on I-70 and I needed representation. I was very nervous about this because, I didn't know anything about what I needed to do. So I called Greene & Schultz They were very kind and set up a meeting with Fred Schultz. He walked us through everything. He was very kind and made us feel assured that he could represent us. It was a long process but we got everything settled and all of my hospital Bill's are paid which is the best feeling. Not having that huge debt looming over us and dragging down our credit. Fred is a great guy and made every step in the process easy and explained everything. I don’t have the vocabulary to express how well they took care of me . When I had periods of high anxiety the staff was always there to help, explain, and make me feel taken care of. And the have the ability to attain every record known to mankind!

I even still feel guilty because they deserve so much more than they got. Now that’s how a consumer should feel!!!

I recently had a personal injury case involving an auto accident that was not my fault and I enlisted Ms. Greene as my attorney I can't infacise how well I was treated.
She even helped me by giving advice as to who to ask for and what to ask about in reference to purchasing my damaged vehicle back from the other insurance company who had originally refused to let me buy my vehicle back and were going to take my beloved Beast off to some scrap yard.
As far as my personal injuries She got far more than the other insurance company had offered me alone. She kept me updated on the progress of my case, the obstacles She was dealing with as far as obtaining my medical records from slow to answer physicians, and spoke personally with me as to sort out the relevant portions of my medical once they were sent, and of course a shout out to Diana who made sure our communications were in a fashion that best suited my needs.
Once again I can not adiquitly convey how well I was treated and the service and satisfaction I received.

I had an accident several years ago which left me with nagging whiplash symptoms. When the other driver's insurance was unwilling to help, I chose Fred to represent me. As I dealt with trying to recover, over 3 years of on and off therapy, he was patient and helpful, without ever being pushy. We ended up taking the case to trial, probably against my best interest, and Fred fought incredibly hard for me and did a great job of representing me. It was truly impressive. In preparing for my case I had the chance to work with Betsy and Brandon as well. What I appreciated was how it felt like they cared for me personally and understood me. Overall, it was a great experience.

Never have gotten back to me. Called them three weeks ago, gave them all of my information, and was told I'd hear back from them in three days. I called back in after seven days of no call, only to be told no record of my call was on file. I transferred to a the voicemail of a malpractice lawyer and was told she would call me back as soon as possible the same day. Almost a week later, nothing. Have taken my case elsewhere and it's being handled.
