Talked to Jill Dogett. Gave her some files and she said she would look into the company and see about building a case. I emailed her a few days later and asked what she found out since I hadn't heard from her. She said she hadn't done any research yet. I gave her more time and finally emailed her and told her I needed a status update by the following Monday because I needed to move forward on this. Never heard anything back. I called a few days later and told the receptionist that I would be coming by to pick up my documents. She got them from Jill, nobody ever said a word, no apologies, no explanation, nothing. So I picked them up that next Monday and never heard from her again. Can't do much more than take my business to someone without them having to ask for it and offer to give them money to do what they do.
