J.D. is the best!!! I needed 3 knee surgeries within 6 years at $5000 a pop for my deductable plus the 20% my insurance did not cover. So I found myself in a bit of a situation trying to pay my monthly bills plus medical bills. I looked in my local phone book and found J.D. I was very nervous before my first appointment, but he was so nice and made me more relaxed. I did not ever have any problems with anything. I did everything he told me to do asap. Everytime I needed to call the office for a question on a letter I received everyone was very nice and helpful. Answered my questions and took care of situation if needed. I found myself in financial troubles after I had to have two shoulder surgeries and was out of work for almost two years. I retained J.D. to assist me in eliminating my debt. He failed to inform me that some of my discharged debt could fall back onto my wife for payment so we ended up paying of a medical bill that my wife was sued for with money we could not really spare. Another discharged debt was for over payment of SNAP benefits. But they seized our tax return for payment of that because they say it is a nondischargeable because it was intended for my kids. You would think that an attorney that has been practicing bankruptcy law for 20 years would know the laws and inform his clients of what could happen!!!! I have been told that I could sue to get the money back but he would charge me the same amount that is being seized for the over payment. I am very displeased with my experience with J.D. as my attorney. If you are looking at bankruptcy to get out of financial difficulties look elsewhere.

JD is an awesome attorney! His staff answered all my questions and spent time with me going thru things. He is very pleasant to work with along with his staff! Was always there for me!
