Mr. Longwell took a case for me when nobody else would. He was kind, professional, and trusting and listened to my story in full. Worst attorney in Effingham County!! This man stole money from my grandmother after he agreed to represent her in a bankruptcy case. After taking money from her in October he still had not filed a claim in June after numerous emails and phone calls. His voicemail box is always full. We sent him a letter certified mail that he refused to pick up from the post office to let him know that she was retaining a different attorney. Finally we emailed him with a read receipt and the day after he read the email he filed the claim without any authorization from her to make it look like he did something. Her new attorney is now working on getting the file transferred. I am curently filing a claim with the Attorney Registeration and Disciplinary Association and after speaking with some people have found out that he has already been turned in and had his license suspended. My recommendation - if you have a legal matter find a real attorney this man is a thief!!
