This attorney waived my rights to mediation without my knowledge or consent, and then billed me (stating he charges hourly, yet we agreed to a flat rate) an additional $800+

If he hadn't waived mediation, the case would have likely ended much sooner, but Mr. Vaughn wouldn't have been able to attempt to charge me so much money, so why would he do that?

Mr. Vaughn and his secretary are very slow and unresponsive; on numerous occasions they failed to notify me of necessary information pertaining to my case. I'd highly recommend seeking a different lawyer in the area, and stay away from this small office.
