2 months after being injured at work, work comp began denying to pay for the necessary medical treatment needed to access and address my injury. I had heard H & M commercials on Cardinals games, so I called and set an appointment. After discussing my injury, H & M went thru the process of filing a claim, how the legal and court process would work {very slow}, how and what medical services I could receive thru insurance until my case was closed and how their, H & M, fees were collected from work comp only and at no expense to me.
